Two sided coarse - grit 60/80. For best results use the Coarse PediClean to break down hard callus and then follow up with the Medium PediClean to smoothen and even out skin tissue. PediClean files are fully sanitizable. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse, then sanitize using appropriate methods.
